Seia Rassenti
Seia Rassenti Watson grew up dancing in Southern Arizona. Training with Flamenco Y Maś by Olivia Rojo, and Tucson Regional Ballet established her base of movement appreciation. In 2006, she graduated from Kirov Academy of Ballet, Washington DC, as Salutatorian; before joining North Carolina Dance Theater, where working with choreographer Dwight Rhoden who helped solidified her love for contemporary ballet. Seia spent eleven consecutive seasons creating and performing with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet.
After the birth of her first son, she returned to dance in projects for the Aspen Fringe Festival and Alejandro Cerudo’s “It Starts Now.” Seia is currently a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. She specializes in the Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis methods serving Aspen and Basalt based clients. Being a mom of two young boys shapes her whole life these days! Seia is extremely excited to return to the stage and perform for an Aspen audience.
